The food was fantastic and it was served in a proper amount of time. However we did have to ask for our drink cups and then... along with our order we ordered the orange cream slashes which were supposed to be taken out to us just like how the food wasdelivered. We were halfway through eating our meal and we still did not receive them. We had to go back up to the counter againto ask for our slushies...by the we got them we were pretty much done with our meal and ended up taking them with us. Read more

Interesting place. There are other places to eat. Food is semi warm. Had to ask for sauce because the pasta didn't have... enough to cover half of it. The bread sticks are always good. But you have to go to the front and ask for more. You have toread an 8 x 10 sheet of paper concerning your tip before you pay? What is up with that? With 2 people working the dinningroom, you had to wait on yourself, clean your own table and yes, ask for more bread sticks. It was ok. But if your going toserve cool warm food, maybe a microwave would be appropriate for customers that don't care for cold dry pasta. This gets my:there are other places to eat. Read more
Always feel rushed. Had to asked repeatedly for our food. Always the rudest people. Slow. Arrived by 9. Food got dropped off at... 9:35 and then they tried to rush us out and tell us they closed at 10. We could?ve been out earlier if you didn?t take your timemaking my food. Another time I came they tried to act like they were closed or out of everything. You can see sauce all over thewalls and artwork because it?s not clean, if you don?t believe me look for yourself. Delicious the spaghetti and endless bread sticks was pretty satisfying. The atmosphere was very pleasant and super clean. The... workers their they treat you like family. The salads I do recommend magnificent I enjoy them. But this time I got the spaghettiI'm glad I did it hit the spot. Read more
Horrible experience! I placed a online order for carryout. When my wife arrived to pick it up, the staff argued with her that... it was a door dash delivery. Once she got it home,my side salad was missing, one slice of pizza had a BITE out of it, and bothslices looked as if they had been thrown on the floor and STOMPED on !! When I called to complain the manager said they whereclosed and I'd have to come tomorrow to resolve my issues ! I'm hungry now !! Horrible Horrible Horrible !!! Read more
It was nice to have table service back. The last Fazolis we are at the still had customers pick food up at the counter since... they were short staffed. I thought they seem to make the bread sticks a little smaller too. Appreciated the friendly and promptservice. Read more
