Chiapas is a relaxed, casual Mexican place with GREAT food. The mango margaritas are marvelous! What really sets this place... apart, at least for us on this night, is the service. Luis was our server. He was friendly and attentive. When our order wasdelivered by the cook, Luis noticed - even before we did - that one item we ordered was not present. He immediately retrievedit. Being vegans, my wife and I always ask for substitutions such as no dairy. They often miss this and I have to go back to get the... right meal. Most recently, they wouldn’t remake the meal after including sour cream in the same container as my other items. Abetter experience is often had when dining in, but they’ll still forget and put cheese on your beans… if you have allergiesand/or you’re vegan, look for another option that’s going to take the time to care.
