Ordered the big dinner box with two medium one topping pizzas. I ordered them with extra sauce and apparently the pizza maker... decided that meant I wanted less cheese as the ratio was about two to one. Very disappointing. *Update: I also ordered one ofthe new chicken bacon parmesan "Melts" and just tried it today. They forgot the bacon. Read more
Nice employees and quick service, you just gotta check what you get before you leave because they tend to forget to hand you... everything you ordered. Super nice though when you point it out and always quick to rectify the situation! I recommend thepersonal pan pizza with sausage, reminds me of the Book-It tickets in school and still tastes better than the full size pizzas. Read more
Was told our pizza would only be half hour until it's delivered. It's been over a hour and no pizza. Been on hold with them for... over 10mins to try to figure things out. Can't cancel because we already paid. Read more
Food and service are fine until they're not. I've never had to complain about a problem at a food place before, but I've... worked at some and been on the other end. It's wild how they handle (or don't handle) their mistakes. If youre from out oftown and looking for some food, Emma's pizza a few blocks away is way better with both service and food. Read more
Kids working here that don't care. First off everytime I call to order I look at the deals online then I call and order but... everytime they give me a price way over what it should be so I have to tell them I looked online at the menu, then they drop itdown to that price so idk if they making money on the side by overcharging or what but it's happened 3 times in a row now. ThenI get hung up on by a little girl working there, they are very unprofessional people. I have my dad go pick up a pizza and theysay they didn't have 1 that I ordered, so he comes back and tells me,I call them and they say oh we have it here and don't knowwho was working the window that said that, we live 20 min away so I have to go back on the phone they said they'd give me creditor something and he comes back and they didn't give us anything for the inconvenience. This dump doesn?t deserve any stars. We ordered carry out tonight and drove to pick up our order which was completely wrong and... then had to drive back to the store to get the right order. When we got the right order we got home, started to eat, and thepizza wasn?t even cooked.. returned to the store with the pizza because when we called they didn?t believe us. We gave themtheir uncooked pizza back and we were told by the manager that the dough was fine and that it?s just the bbq sauce. News flash -bbq sauce and pizza dough are not the same color. Went here today with my family, just horrible from the minute we walked in. Dont know if the employee was just hired but he... seemed clueless. Had to ask him 3 times to just bring us water. Also seemed like they cared way more about the buffet thenserving us. Very DISAPPOINTED. Wont ever go back. Read more
Extremely disappointed. I order a family box that comes with wings. Well, they're fryer doesn't work okay. I'm willing to... compensate. Maybe you know let's do a pasta. Let's do something that we can fill that wing section in my family box. Nope theycan't make any substitutions so they want me to pay full price to get less food. Then I go to order pasta meals instead and theyhave a meat pasta and I don't like the sausage so I asked if we could take the sausage out and just add pepperoni. Nope, we dono substitutions here and have the stuff they had. The prices are different from their paper menu. They don't even use a logomenu or a corporate menu. Nothing. It's on paper. I see this place shutting down real soon, although the people that work thereare very nice but the service sucked big time and the food was just mediocre. It wasn't very dry and don't ask you. Don't get ityour way there at all. It's either what's on that paper menu or you get nothing.
