I ordered delivery, they said 45 min. Over an hour later our food came. We got some burgers. Clearly frozen burgers (Nothing... wrong with a frozen burger if it?s cooked properly and maybe seasoned and not cost an arm and a leg) that were so rubbery andcold. Fries were soggy and cold. I had figured I?d give them another try because prior we had ordered pizzas from there and theyweren?t cooked all the way and were doughy. I kept giving them a shot thinking that, ya know things happen. And each time theyfailed me. Prices are steep for a frozen patty that?s rubbery and not an ounce of flavor and is ice cold. This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered the Unusual Pizza and the homemade chips. The chips... started off ok, crispy and warm. But as i worked my way into them they were just all soggy. I pulled them out to let them catchsome air but it didn't seem to help. The pizza had some good flavor but was one of the droopiest crusts I have ever eaten.Toppings kept falling off as it was picked up. It was ok pretty doughy, no crispness at all. My wife and I order from here all the time. The people who deliver are polite and professional, and in the event that there is... an issue with the order(A rarity over the 5+ years I've ordered from them), they fix it. Never gotten food poisoning from theirfood either, which is a major plus for me. I'm always paranoid about that happening. I recommend the Steak and Cheese eggrolls, and a Pizza with Pepperoni, Hot Sausage, and Mushrooms. Their grinders are delicious as well, and my wife is partial totheir pasta. She misses the tiramisu they used to sell though. It was her favorite dessert to get. :) Oh! And they have onlineordering which is great if you're a recluse like me! We ordered the small pizza fireside, mozzarella sticks and sweet potato fries and they were all amazing and tasty! The... mozzarella sticks could have been warmed longer but they tasted very good nonetheless.The marinara sauce that came with ittasted hot, fresh and delicious! Have been ordering from here every two weeks for takeout! We usually order steak bombs andthey are really good too.The sweet potato Fries never fails to please! Read more
