The gal made the wrong drink, so when I said "oh this was supposed to be iced" of course I just ruined her entire day. So she... rolled her eyes and made prude comments to the other gals as I stood there and waited for the correct drink. Couldn't tell youher name because she lacked a name tag. Worst Caribou ever. Waited over half an hour for my drinks. They served four other customers theyre orders even though they... ordered after me. Every time I come here it's at least a 20 minute wait even if I'm the only customer. They need baristas thatcare about their customers and less about what they're gossiping about. Read more
Very slow service when I visited early in the morning. I typically go to locally-owned Joe Jitters but it was too early &... Caribou was only open option. Next time I need an early morning coffee, I?ll make it at home. I?d much rather frequent anindependent business with much better coffee AND great food options than a chain. Read more
