Super frustrating and not first time I have got home only to discover poor food and poor service. Today is a super hot day so... went for a milkshake , it is soup like milk , called to complain and get offered to put my name in a book for next time so I candrive back. The drive through has been ups and downs with their customer service and number of incorrect orders over the last few years. ... The service in the last 6-9 months has been great. We ordered 2 special ice coffees for 1.00 and got 2 regulars at full price. We ordered a special mango smoothies which we... received but charged regular price. We ordered and received the snack size milkshake but was charged for a regular. We ordered 2senior coffees and got charged the regular price. As always it is frustrating when you order to go. You are miles down the roadwhen open the bags and distribute to the people in the van. It is not worth driving back. I believe that I speak perfectly andthere should be no mistakes. I did think the bill was high but when you are in a hurry you let it go until later. I am not surehow or what they need to do fix this problem.
