Besides the large backup and employees taking forever, when you are making a poutine for drive thru you need to remember all of... the ingredients. There are only 3; fries, cheese curds, and gravy. If you forget one of those it isn't a poutine, so gettinghome and finding out you didnt put gravy is bot only unpleasant but I then have to decide if it is worth driving across town tocomplain. Seeing as my original comment was deleted they had there $1 coffee sign still by the drive Thru. When I got to the window the... one gentleman told me that they're not a $1 anymore and I told him the sign was Still up and all he said is some one is going tochange it cause it ended last night. Refused to honor the sign. He wasn't very friendly about it either. Read more
Overall good food great service usually. Through this covid-19 pandemic I appreciate the promotion for free coffee for essential... workers! But as an essential worker employed in the Dr. F.H. Went for coffee last night with friends and ordered a meal. Noticed after a couple hours that my cup was leaking and asked for a... new one. I was treated like a liar and was not given a new cup. Very dissatisfied. You would think a new cup was going to comeout of the managers pay cheque. Read more

Okay place. Kept nice and clean but food was kinda slow before the rush started and the self ordering machines were out of... receipt paper. Staff was friendly tonight and the general public was able to behave themselves at this location. Read more
Not impressed with the wooden cutlery. I'm not into slivers in my mouth thanks. Plastic cutlery is way better and reusable!!
