Stopped by on the way to Ottawa. Was very glad I did! The pizza is amazing! Also got a small order of cannelloni and it was... absolutely DELICIOUS! Absolutely fantastic pizza! Every detail was perfect. Sauce was bright red and full of fresh tomato flavour. Dough was thin with... a slight crisp bottom full of fluffy airy goodness. The dough was full of flavour and the crust had a perfect bounce back. Themeat lovers toppings were perfectly balanced. Not too salty or greasy at all. Taste like they were all made in house. Overall, Icannot find a single fault with this pizza. It is technically perfect and an absolute pleasure to eat. It's obvious that thesepeople are passionate about great food.
