Very unprofessional service, the kids that run this panda location don?t care they are very rude and they make you feel... unwelcome other than the food being hard less flavours and does not taste fresh when you eat it, I rather drive the extra milesto the Newbury Park location where the employees treats you in a very respectful and professional way and the food is alwaysfresh and tasty and great portions and you feel like you are appreciated as customer, the owner of this place need to invest intraining these children to better serve the customers. HEALTH HAZARD WARNING- The cook starts cleaning 1 hour prior to closing. He's using a mop with chemical cleaning soap on the... wall, directly over the food he is cooking, the chemicals are splashing all over into the food he is cooking. The managementseems to be ok with that. Read more
Came into the restaurant after a massive dinner rush. Most employees would be stressed or low on energy after a dinner rush but... everyone working was SO NICE! They were low on a few items but they were very quick to assure the food would be prepped quickly- and it was and it was delicious! Special shout out to Jayla who was at the register and she was very polite and considerate -as well as the manager/assistant manager? In the black polo working because he was awesome! Surprisingly better than most of the local Chinese food. I do like how it's fresh and doesn't come in a can or bag like most... restaurants get from single source Chinese food distributors. Hence the reason you see the menus are mostly the same from placeto place. Love the staff here super friendly !! Read more
The service was attentive and welcoming. Tables were clean even just after the lunch rush. Every item on the line appeared... fresh too. They loaded up a generous portion even though I ordered a kids meal for myself (along side my friend's adultentree). They didn't hassle when I asked for a water cup. I was pleased, and I haven't always been with this location. Niceimprovement, perhaps management listens to the feedback we leave on their surveys. I appreciate that. Read more
