Oh goodness such terrible customer service. We waited 10 minutes in the drive thru after the lady told us to hold on. We were... the only ones there. So we decided to go inside, where there was only 2 people. There were three employees and they made us waitanother 10 minutes until I asked them if they were ever gonna take my order. They acted like they couldn't hear us so we askedthem if we could have the managers name and they told us to wait and so we left angry ???? Read more
It was excellent, there is nothing to complain about, the western bacon burger it was great.
Went there last night at about 7:30-8 and after ordering when I had arrived to the window I was treated by a 5?5 maybe 5?4 Guy... who seemed to be having a rough night, I normally don?t give problems or complain ever I get that not everyone has there gooddays, but every time I have come to this Place and have been helped by him it has been nothing but passive aggressive feelings.my orders have been wrong numerous times and to top it off when I had asked last night for some sauce they had finally decidedto tell me that the sauce I had asked for in specific had been of short supply and they couldn?t give me a lot... but theydidn?t even give me any to begin with so I couldn?t see how they thought that would be a pliable response. First of all it seems to me that their prices are higher than other fast food restaurants. When I last visited a week ago my... order was incorrect and my bad that I didn't check so I drove all the way home and then drove back. Luckily the shift managerwas there and took care of my situation. As for the food, I like the lettuce wrap burgers, protein style, and that is why Iwould visit again but man the prices... Read more
The service here is truly amazing. From the moment I got to the register Karina had a great smile. She up sold me and I am very... happy with it. I got the food fast with table service asking if I needed anything else. About 10 minutes later, I had someoneelse come to the table and ask if everything was good. She then recommended the dessert. I declined and she stated if there isanything she could get let her know. After a little while, I can only assume the shift lead or manager came by to ask howeverything was. After I was finished not 1 minute went by that they picked up the tray. Even when someone was getting off workthey said bye to everyone. (Almost have the feeling like you belong) At a fast food restaurant, it is very uncommon to have thiskinda service. Congrats to the management stay to have staff that has this kinda pride in there work. Read more
