Hefeweizen beer was good, and the band, Delta By The Beach, was terrific. I liked that there were board and card games for all... ages. Neat idea. Wish they advertised their musical events farther out into the future so that I can plan to go again to hearone. I usually have two or three choices on weekend nights and usually commit to the first one that sounds great. Read more

Angry Ferret Brewing is one of two breweries in Moorpark. You can expect to find a selection of great beers in different styles... here (stouts, porters, ales, etc?). I had the ?Catherine? (their Irish stout ala Guinness) and my wife had their porter (Iforget the name). The ?Catherine? was fantastic, very smooth and not bitter at all. My wife really enjoyed her beer as well. Asfar as atmosphere, I would say that the brewery offers a very low key/local feel. It might not be the most exciting brewery inthe world in terms of atmosphere but without a doubt, there is great beer and good times to be had here folks so it deserves 5stars! Read more
