I've been to this subway multiple times but my last three experiences have been horrible. Wrong food twice (husband usually... picks up after work). I didn't complain just ate it thinking a fluke. Tonight we ordered over $40 worth of food for the family.Husband went to pick up with being 20-30 minutes later than time. Told it wasn't ready ,wouldn't be for awhile. He didn't evenstart it after over 30 minutes past promise time. I ordered it 40 minutes ahead of time. The manager wouldn't even answer herphone ( employee called 3 times) when he was trying to help refund us our money. Left empty handed,went elsewhere. Read more

Friday 8:21am. Stopped here because we saw the ?open? sign on. Called bc door was locked & was told they open at 9am today. Even... weirder, she said sorry no one is there right now & they must have left the sign on by mistake??? You?re inside lady, we sawyou. I have used this store for several years. It's near work and we order online and pick up in store. Never had any issues. My... family has eaten inside many times and during lunch time it's very busy but have always been understanding that people may betraining or possibly understaffed. It's a tough business to be in. Man they are starting to get as bad as Burger King through the drive through. Nobody in line or in the store not sure why it... takes 10 minutes to take an order.
