Clearly the staff is young and have not been trained properly on customer service. I waited 3 mins before even being... acknowledged. When I was finally approached all the kid said was "ill be with you in a moment". I was expecting a "hi, welcometo Qdoba, we will be with you in a moment". No customer service at all. The food was dry and when I asked them for new meat thekid rolled his eyes at me. The older lady training was super annoyed at everything, whether it was me talking or her having to"train" the kids working with her. This place has gone down hill big time. 2nd time and probably last time. 1st time I went here was 1/2 hour before they closed and the lady acted like I was a huge... inconvenience to her as they were closing in 1/2 an hour. Then 2nd time was lunch and they had 1 person making food forcustomers in the lobby and 1 doing online orders, the online order person made sure they moved slow enough that they didn't haveto take an in store customer orders. Not impressed, had 6 people in front of me and took over 1/2 an hour to order, didn't havetime to eat, had to put in fridge for later by the time I got back to work. Read more

2 guys in yellow shirts up front had great attitudes and customer service. The overweight lady in the black shirt with the... tattoo on her arm ruined my experience. She was up front when I walked in and didn?t greet me, so I said hello and asked how shewas doing and she just gave me a blank stare (she definitely heard me). The lobby was disgusting. All the tables were dirty and the floor was awful. They had plenty of staff but they just stood... around. No chicken at 6pm. Really?!! it was dinner time. Most of the sodas in the machine were out. No covers for them or strawseither if you git one of their limited options. The burrito was good but everything else was terrible. Read more

Out of chicken, out of Dr Pepper, out of straws, out of napkins, behind the glass had food bits strewn all over. Curly top male... cashier playing on his phone. Overcharged for meals when kids meal ordered. Dining area has food on floor. Absolutely ruining myfavorite restaurant. Going elsewhere. Read more

3 times all around 7 sharp they have not had 1/2 of the veggies on the line because they are out? Maybe once ok but twice kinda... strange but 3 times mind you the first time I got charged full price the half the meal will not be making that mistaken anytimesoon just an FYI for others it's considérate to share being gas prices and people do have other things going on in there day today lives... hope you figure out why your the only place in Minnesota having veggie shortages Read more

This had to have been one of the most disappointing meals I?ve had from Qdoba. I ordered tacos and they were cold and came with... hardly any meat on them. I also ordered a bowl and the steak was burnt. And the part I was most excited for, chips and guac, wasthe biggest let down ? it tasted like the avocados were old and the chips were stale. The employees were moving at a snail?space in an very empty restaurant as well, and the floor behind the counter was covered in trash.
