I am not sure what has happened, but the service was poor, the drinks were wrong, my wife's coffee was not drinkable. All in all... it was a sad experience. It was great in the past but over the past 6-8 months this Caribou has gone down hill. Read more
Caribou Coffee, in my opinion, is a good quality coffee. The cafe is very clean and the service is friendly and knowledgeable.

I have visited the Caribou on Veteran's that recently opened about twice per week since opening. Every single order has been... extremely slow and 50% of the time there are problems with the order. Today I ordered a small milk hot chocolate with no whipcream in a medium cup and the rest hot water. There was whip cream on it. Another time they gave me mocha and I ordered hotchocolate. Another time I asked beforehand if they had honey because I like mint tea with honey and I would not order it if theydidn't and they said they had honey. After I ordered it they didn't have any on the table so I asked at the counter and thenwaited five minutes or more while they checked the truck that just came in that they said it was on. It was not on the truck. SoI just got my money back. I have been late for work because it took them so long to get my order and I couldn't drive awaybecause I was stuck in the drive through. I keep waiting for them to improve but I am starting to think it will not happen. Read more
I love caribou, they are always fast and can work with you on any specialty drink! They have lots of options whether you want a... sugar free, low carb, or even dairy free options.
