The absolute WORST!!! The employees at this Starbucks have ZERO customer service skills. If you stop in for a coffee/treat/cup... of water here, be sure to anticipate at least a 10 minute wait... (even if there isn't a single person in front of you). Theyalmost deliberately intentionally make an effort to move as SLOWLY as humanly possible. If there are even 2 people in line,LEAVE, trust me. The staff is super polite and courteous. I always appreciate a good ole fashion, hello, thank you; you know proper exchanges one... would expect while entering a place of service, but these days you are not treated like a customer. Well, this Starbucks I havebeen visiting for over 3 years and they never miss a hello or thank you. So, I will say, thank you for that, it means a lot tome to be treated kindly. Read more

This location used to be great. It's terrible now. I've ordered the same drink for years, no fancy substitutions, just something... straight off the menu and in the last couple of months, they just can't get it together. Super disappointing because as a busyworking mom, I've had drinks picked up and brought to me at work so I don't have the time or ability to have them re-made. Ithought the exit 36 location was the worst but this location makes it a close race. I hate that the exit 33 store has such andinconvenient location and parking, apparently they're the only ones who know how to make a drink. Read more

Bitter, overpriced coffee at the luxury of a barrista that can't spell anyone's name right. It's almost like they've made an... inside joke out of it. If you want caffeine, go for it. If you want it cheap, go to dunkin. If you want it done right, go toMcDonalds. It might just be the sugar but I've never tasted mocah expecting to taste a blend of rich, earthy flavors culminatedby chocolate and cream until the day I opened my eyes to McCafe. You are welcome. This is the third time I have tried to get a grande black cup of coffee here. After two other miserable experiences, today was... the last time I will even attempt to return. There was one man in front of me in line who also wanted a black cup of coffee andthey had no coffee made. After waiting three minutes I just left. Two other previous times this had occurred as well. The onlyemployees I have ever met are both 60+ and one of them can hardly walk. Why Starbucks would hire these women for a locationwhere they will be working solo most of their time is beyond me. Two employees who look miserable and have no customer serviceskills along with a complete lack of efficiency are why this location receives 1 star from me. Order a cup here at your ownrisk. Read more
