The order was completely wrong; the ingredients were not what was ordered. And, I did not request a "no contact" dropoff, the... order was left on my deck; no knock on the door, nothing. The staff at the Norman Station location, as well as the DoorDashdriver, give new meaning to the word incompetent. The reason for this rating is based on the fact that the above describedsituation had occurred numerous times and I will no longer waste my time or money on Pizza Hut; I will do business with Dominosinstead. They are very rude and unprofessional. I placed an order at 159pm and it arrived at 320pm keep in mind they are located 10min... from my location. The food was cold and it wasn't in a warmer bag. To make the matter worse the driver had a loose dog in thecar and the car was so dirty. I also saw food delivery on the floor, this is so disturbing. I would never place an order hereagain. I would make it 0 but I physically can't. Went here once and the staff were standoffish. We got our food in normal time and it... was fine. The reason for the 1 star is they close at 12am on Fridays and I pulled in at 9:30. They saw my headlights as I pulledin and I watched a lady look me dead in the eyes as she locked the door. I got off work and wanted over priced pizza but theyseem to not like customers trying to give them business. Whatever, I'll go somewhere else. Read more

Been here on different nights and some of the staff members need customer service training. Sometimes the wait is long because... they don't have enough people working there and if they do they take their sweet time. The pizza is good and that is why I didreturn. Read more

I ordered food online drove all the way to the store to get it just for them to tell me that they won?t accept $100 bill or... anything over a 20 and said that a lot of customers don?t know that because their district manager or corporate manager won?tallow them to put signs out or put it on the app that they don?t accept bills larger than a 20 she said they won?t even let themout up a sign to tell people to turn their windshield wipers off when it rains so they don?t get wet! so i wasn?t able to get myfood and it was a waste of my time and gas. Today is not the best day for this location... they've made my order wrong twice... and I've been here now a full hour... for... carry-out that I ordered almost 80 minutes ago... Editing. This place is disgusting. After I waited over 80 minutes and theymade my order wrong twice, the manager accused me of "just trying to get something free" I pay for everything I get in life. Ihave the rewards app if I want something free. For someone who works as hard as I do to make my money that's not how I expectto be treated when I'm doing business with your company. I returned the food for a refund, and I implore my neighbors, if youmust get Pizza Hut, drive a few minutes further to Shearers Rd, or go to another place altogether. There is nothing any PizzaHut can do for me any further. I will, as their manager suggested, take my business elsewhere. I recommend all of you takeyour business elsewhere as well. Read more

The complaint is the poor customer service I received. I picked up my order last evening, and once I returned home saw that... the wings I ordered were dry. Now, when I called back up to the store, I expressed to the manager on duty that not only werethe wings not the way that | normally receive them, they weren't prepared properly. The manager on duty stated that hewas instructed by Pizza Hut to use a ladle per 6 wings. I ordered a 12 piece, so that would require 2 ladles of sauce, which Ididn't receive. I then, being considerate, offered as a solution, for them to provide me a couple of sauce cups to complementthe order. That offer was denied, so then I requested a refund, and Nate the manager on duty, stated that he could not do that,that someone over him would have to do that. He then took my name and number down and said I would receive a call the nextday from the manager over him. I waited until the next day after not receiving a call by 3pm in the afternoon, and I called backup, and got the General Manager-Brad. He placed me on hold to go pull up the order, because the note left, was that Ididn't like my wings. I explained it went beyond the sauce, it was how the ordeal was handled and how my resolution wasdenied. He then placed me on hold again, and when Brad came back on the phone, and stated that he refunded for the wings andthat he just took over the store, and "don't come back here if you don't like the wings" Beyond the irreverent tone, the pointwas missed. It wasn't don't come back if you don't like the wings, it should have been let me address the issue of poorcustomer service. It is amazing the lack of training and decorum that folk who are in position(s) leadership operate with, anddeplorable given the amount of folk looking for these jobs, that would have responded to the situation much better. The pizza is usually good but to drive across town and get food that should never have been packaged up is ridiculous. No... apology just a ?credit? for the same amount I paid for NEXT time. The last time it was the same thing except the item was leftcompletely out and they said it was but wouldn?t refund. These cinnamon rolls look nothing like advertised and someone shouldhave checked this before giving this to us. A 40 min drive round trip is not worth going back for. Read more
