Dear Panera food servers, Please look at the coffee when you dispense it. If it is not visibly steaming a great deal as it goes... into the cup, it is not hot enough to be served. It will cool down over time if too warm for the customer, but it will not warmup unless the customer takes another step, like microwaving, which is not assumed to be necessary when ordering the coffee.Thanks! I have always had issues with this Panera. Always. Whenever I have ordered my food it is consistently wrong. Missing side items... and missing ingredients on main meal. Usually go through the drive through which can easily take 30 minutes because I do notwant to sit in a filthy dinning area. The customer service is much to be desired, very condescending and rude. I like Panera but this one was not great. Spills everywhere, out of tons of different items, chairs up all over even though they... don?t close for 2 more hours. Poor representation of a proud company. Update: sat down for dinner and my wife?s strawberrypoppyseed with chicken salad had no strawberry and no chicken. I had given 2 stars. 1 star now. Days after they opened this place it?s been horrible! We stopped going for for the simple fact that they can?t get orders right,... and their dining area is disgusting! We finally decided to gave them another chance. We ordered ONE item thinking it would beeasy! On top of that it is as a salad! I ordered the full Greek Goddess Cobb Salad WITH chicken! My main entree was supposedto be the CHICKEN! I get all the way home and find NO chicken!! On top of that it looked like a half order salad!! How cansomething so easy be so hard?? I also requested to leave the dressing off. After sitting in the drive-thru, I changed my mind.We ask for it at the window. The manager comes to the window and states ?so you requested no dressing, but now you want it onthe side?? - Wow! Was that a problem? When I called the manager, Chance informed me that he could not give me a refund withoutmy physical card. So now I have to waste time & gas yet again to get my money back! He wanted to give me a credit. I declinedbecause I will NEVER go there again! I asked for them to deliver the chicken. He stared that they do not have anyone of age todrive and get it to me!! Wow! How do you go to a bakery and coffee establishment only to be told you can?t get a late because your ?busy?. Imagine going to... Starbucks and being told you basically can?t order anything! Meanwhile they consider two couples in line and 4 tables occupied?busy?. Then, we both order bacon egg and cheese. One on a cinnamon bagel one on a everything bagel. Was then told afterordering you were out of everything bagel so I ordered it on a sesame bagel. Received our food. I got a sesame top with cinnamonbottom, she got a cinnamon top with a sesame bottom. Brought to their attention to just be told ?sorry?. Last time I will stepfoot in this location. I thought the university location was bad but this takes the cake. Read more
They were out of a lot of items which I understand due to supply chain but pretty sure the avocado skin isn?t supposed to be... left in the salad. The drive through always takes forever also. Read more
My friend and I decided to eat at Panera's today. We placed our order for 1/2 a sandwich and soup for each of us. We both... ordered water. The Bill was $26 and change! This was way too much for a 1/2 a sandwich and soup times two. Also, we waitedfor half an hour. It was not crowded and my friend went up to the kitchen window and asked about our order. The lady that tookthe order never gave it to cooks as they said they never got it. Lastly, it tasted just ok to me but I ordered the Chicken Thaisoup and I ate over half of the cup before I found any chicken in the Chicken Thai soup and that was the only piece in it. Ithink if I had a soup called Chicken Thai, I would at least make sure the customer got a few pieces of chicken in it. We willnot ever be going back there again. Read more
We agreed to give the Mooresville location one more chance. After spending $44 on lunch and being totally disappointed, we will... not bother dining there again. When we walked in we had to wait on the kids in the back to stop fooling around and finallynotice us. The tables were dirty, menu selection limited and prices extremely high! This location has been a flop from dayone! Although not within their control, the Baja Chicken Bowl is back on the menu, but it is a poor excuse for a remake of firstversion. My husband?s flatbread was cold and the tasted bland. The last time we were there, the staff was vacuuming beside ourtable while we were eating even though it was an hour before closing. When I ordered a catering meal from this location it wasa giant fiasco! It was $400 and came with the worst service and excuses imaginable. Try at your own risk. Read more
