I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up it was not ready. I ended up leaving after over 15 mins of waiting and... having to ask twice. The employee I spoke to was nothing but rude. Enough so to keep me from going again which is unfortunatebecause the manager was friendly and didn't deserve anyone upset because of poor employees with bad attitudes. I wouldn't botherwith a review if I wasn't pushed to the point with bad service while still hungry. Read more
This is our third time eating here,and we won't be coming back. The service is always very slow and the restaurant is extremely... dirty. The soda machine didn't work properly and you had to dip your hand into a bucket of ice. The employees, except for one,were apathetic and extremely slow. They were all working on to-go orders ahead of us who had been standing in line for twentyminutes. This restaurant desperately needs a manager. Read more
We had the worst experience. While the staff was nice and friendly, the store was not clean, the food was not well stocked when... ordering so it looked as if they were out of items. The dining area, table, and chairs were dirty and had to request one becleaned. The drink machine was not working properly and only had 4 options to choose from (Minute Maid Zero, mineral water androotbeer). The icing on the cake were the restroom! They were absolutely horrible!! The toilet would not flush and smelled likeit. Needless to say we will not go back. Read more
The burrito was pretty good , although small compared to Chipotle . Came out more expensive also but it comes with chips . The... woman taking my order seemed annoyed with me but was nice when talking to her con worker ???? I get it , working fast food sucksI've done it . I hope it gets better for her . Wonderful and healthy food options if you choose right. All ingredients look fresh. Always greeted as you come thru the door... with the signature "Welcome to Moe's!!" by the kind staff. Always promptly served but during the busy times you may have to bepatient and wait just a few minutes. Outstanding deals on Mondays when all burritos are $5.55. Parking sometimes cramped butplenty of spaces up the hill. Love Moe's! Read more
I always enjoy eating at Moes. I think it's a little pricey, but the food is always good. It isn't one of my wife's favorite... places, but she even liked it. Read more
