I'm all for enjoying your workplace. However, tonight my order was not correct and apparently doordash orders were also wrong... based on the conversation. While mine was fixed after I complained with an apology. I did not find the back and forth languagebeing used by employee's appropriate when customers are around or the fact they were ignoring every beeping buzzing machine(sounded like we were in the ER). at 5:24 PM on a Friday, both dining room doors locked, no apologetic explanation of short staff posted on the doors... employees... not even willing to look at us....no integrity, whatsoever. FALSE ADVERTISING. we're supposed to pollute running enginesneedlessly in the drive-thru at this McDonald's since the management here obviously has no self±respect whatsoever forthemselves nor anyone else to even just keep their word as a business honestly as advertised or reasonably STOP FALSEADVERTISING, WASTING WOULD-HAVE-BEEN CUSTOMERS' RESOURCES EVEN DRIVING UP HERE WHILE THE ECONOMY IS GETTING FLUSHED DOWN THETOILET: MCDONALD'S IS SATISFIED FLUSHING MORE OF OUR ECONOMY & COLLECTIVE HEALTH OF CITIZENRY & THE ENVIRONMENT DOWN THEFIGURATIVE TOILET... just, having now read this, you've been warned: this McDonald's has established that it is mainly onlyworth not wasting any of our trust, energy, nor time even considering the location open at all... My husband went in & ordered 2 hamburgers 1fries & he waited 45 min with the excuse short of help. He said there were about 8... people working. ?Fast food? I don?t think so. New management is needed at this store! Read more

Terrible. Lobby closed so you can't dine in or get an order to go. Have to sit in drive through line for 20 minutes or longer... then eat in your car. Multiple times they got my order wrong in drive thru. Multiple times given diet Coke when I orderedregular Coke. (There's a tab on the lids for a reason, but they don't use them.) Fries were cold and soggy. The last time I wentthrough will truly be my last time. I'm done with this location. Read more

Horrible wait times, no dining room during peak hours. Employees don?t have manners. Lack common sense. Waited 30 min in line in... drive thru because they didn?t bring my mobile order out. When they finally gave me my order it was cold. Apparently theyattempted to deliver it to my car but didn?t bother to check around and gave up immediately. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD EMPLOYEES! We arrived and immediately saw an a employee screaming like a crazy woman at another... employee in the front of the store. We entered and self-ordered, and headed over the counter to pay. We waited for about 30minutes for a cashier! From 20:10 to 20:50 pm (Date: 6/27/22). The worst manager we?ve seen. We asked the manager if they weregoing to help us pay and she ignored us completely and she turn her to me. My recommendation would be don?t put an illiteratepersons in the front of the store, put them in the warehouse for your well being. Attached is the photo of the contactinformation. Read more

I?ve been sitting stuck in this line for 20 min. It says live ?not busy? Ridiculous! Tried to call and line stayed busy
