Took forever to make simple happy meals. One of the nuggets look like somebody bit into it. Do not eat here!!!
Busy location, albeit, having two drive-thrus keeps the line moving along. Out of SEVERAL visits to get an ice cream cone, I... have been informed the ice cream machine is 'down.' Half order of fries and no napkins way to save on your bottom line
I would score it at a less than zero-stars if I could. My last 5 orders have either been undercooked or over cooked whith this... last time taking 20min to make a dry, cold (the cheese didn't even melt) double quarter pounder with a quality standard so lowthat I wouldn't even feed it to my neighbor's dog... I went back to have it remade and waited 30min while they finishedeveryone else's orders first. My time constraints at work meant that I could not spend a WHOLE HOUR trying to get edible foodfrom a FAST FOOD restaurant, so I was forced to leave without lunch. You're kidding me right? Is this what I should expect from now on when ordering a McRib? I understand that most places are short... staffed right now, but this is pretty unacceptable. The person who made this should be fired, along with the manager who isrunning a working environment where this would go out the door. But wait.... There's more. Had a great experience going through the drive thru today. Very nice employees and the fries were hot - doesn't get any better.
It's faster to drive to CFA on 150, order, get your food and drive home, than it takes to just order at this awful... location. The drive thru line is wrapped around the corner, while the employee at the window has his headset off and is playingon his phone. What a fantastically terrible location. Compound that they get your order wrong every single time because all theemployees got AirPods in and can't even hear you order. Read more
