This Lowes is awesome! They have a beer garden and Box car coffee station. The buffet bars always look fresh and well... maintained. The baked goods are always fresh. As I was waiting in line I... saw the Customer Service Representative (Ms. Pattie) Politely & Respectfully HELPING the Customer in front of me. Ms. PattieRESOLVED the Customer Issue and then asked for Help from her Manager SCOTT to assist in another request from the Customer whowanted MORE? SCOTT & PATTIE Politely Met & IMO EXCEEDED the Customers MULTIPLE REQUESTS OUTSIDE what actually happened? This is really a terrific grocery store. They have a Tesla supercharger station. They have a very wide selection of premade... sandwiches, and a terrific salad bar. The staff is very helpful. Read more

Well, I normally love this store but I count on them being open at 6am as I work up in Statesville and often need a last minute... something to bring to work. Even with times being stressful, Lowe's employees are trying their hardest. I came in to get some BBQ, and found SETH covering... the meat & seafood and he was great & helpful and given the fact it was the end of the day, what a great attitude! Same thingwith the cashiers and CADE who rushed out of the store, as I was getting ready to pull away, to bring me the bag I forgot...ourdinner! Are you kidding me, there's a freaking bar in this grocery store. I kid you not, a bar. And to make it even more wild, people... were drinking at it and living their best life, in the middle of a grocery store. Store was clean, staff were friendly, and thedrinks were flowing.
