We had a largish family dinner at Joe Fish the day before Thanksgiving. We had a reservation and went super early so it wasn't... that bad. The place is very popular, had great staff and had decent seafood - so plan accordingly. I started off with a smalllobster bisque. The good news is that it was huge. The sad news was that I didn't enjoy it. It was at best ok. Lost of bits ofseafood in there, but something was wrong with that pot. For dinner, I had the Charleston and things were greatly improved. Itcame with a very tasty crab cake and five nicely grilled shrimp. The steamed vegetables were mainly broccoli and cauliflower sofor me it was a pass. The mashed potatoes were great, but it was coated in a gravy of what may have been the lobster bisque, sothat didn't do it for me. Best seafood I've had. The shrimp were particularly fresh and tasty. The batter they use on it is light but still flavorful.... Same for the fish. Waiter was very accommodating and friendly and knew his menu by heart. Very clean and nice atmosphere Willdefinitely go back, hands down! Read more

My husband and I stopped in for dinner as we were passing through and were both blown away at the quality of both the food and... service here! I wish I could give them 10 stars! Our server, Susan, made excellent recommendations and was friendly andattentive. We enjoyed the scrumptious shrimp & crab dip appetizer, and we were both ordered specials: the shrimp & lobsterrisotto and the seared tuna & crab cake were both over the top. The house-made dressing and sauces all paired perfectly. Wecan't wait to stop in again and again until we try everything on the menu! The owner is a great guy as well. I love seafood, so when I saw Joe Fish, I knew it was a must try. I was not disappointed. Kudos to the waitress for... recommending the grilled shrimp stuffed with crab. I told her it was our first time eating there. She was so friendly andhelpful. I will definitely be returning to try other entrees. Read more

Nice atmosphere and the host are nice & engaging! The food is always hot and fresh, I love the haddock chucks. The pictures... below is a new fish, can?t remember the name? there?s adequate setting, even outside. There prices is great with a greatselection of food choices for everyone.
