Wow what a find and what a place. First time here but not the last. This is the kind of food I enjoy. Simple flavors, friendly... staff and clean indoors. We got the Veggie dumplings (they served 6 but I took the picture after we ate 2), Pho Chay (with Tofu)and Stir fried noodles (with Tofu). I liked that it was a small menu with a variety of options. Awesome Miso soup! Hello Me is a welcoming restaurant with the ability to easily order your food with the use of the self serve... Kiosk. I greatly enjoyed the service as well as the gargantuan serving sizes. I ordered the chicken fried rice with a side ofhot miso soup and some of the best spring rolls in town. Very bright with soft colors and a beautiful mural. Customers order through a touchpad at the frontcounter. Once done, pick up a number and find a seat. I kinda like this non-traditional way of ordering. You can also just finda table, scan the QR and order that way. Be. Prepared. To. Wait. Dishes are handmade, prepared fresh for each order. No bulkpreparation, microwaving and putting under a heat lamp. Staff is exceptionally kind, friendly and engaging. Let's talk about thefood. It's legit amazing. Everything from the broth to bean sprouts were a fresh as possible. Spring rolls were large and packedwith wholesome ingredients equally as fresh.
