Because apparently the ownership of this particular Buffalo Wild Wings does not actually care about customer satisfaction, I'm... going to share what occurred to me when I visited this location. When we arrive to watch USA in the World Cup, we found thelocation almost completely empty, and it took over 30 minutes for an employee even to show up to the front of house to ask if wewanted to be seated or if we could be helped, then we were told that we may not be able to watch the World Cup because theservers did not know how to change the channels on the TVs , and the server would often disappear for great periods of time whenwe would like to order more food or drinks. So after I shared the bad experience with Buffalo Wild wings, as the owner asked meto do so below, their only response was a canned response and 'here have some frequent buyer points'. A membership that I do notbelong to, nor do I have any interest in joining after the experience I just had. This would not have been anywhere near asannoying, except one of the questions that they asked during the FAQ that they asked me to fill out, was if I was a member totheir points, which I said I did not. My advice is to do not go to this particular restaurant. If the management is not willingto make any changes to make the experience better, then it's only going to get worse. Read more

Their app and their website suck, almost always have online ordering turned off at my location or it won?t load at all. They... won?t answer the phone to be able to place an order over the phone. They also put the wrong sauce on my wings. I guess theydon?t want business. Read more

The first two orders that came out weren?t what we ordered. The Sierra Mist was out of syrup so it tasted like straight seltzer... water. The waitress replaced it with a second that tasted fine, but the third refill was seltzer water again. But she was niceenough to tell us looks like your my Guinea pigs for the Sierra Mist today. I?m sorry, but I don?t want to be a Guinea pig whenit comes to food. The food took a very long time to come which was surprising since there wasn?t many people there. The wingswere cold and hard to chew when they finally arrived. The fries were also cold. It was just a dumpster fire of an experience.Both my husband and I have been sick all last night and today with food poisoning from it. If I?m going to pay full price for aterrible experience like that I?ll go somewhere else. Read more

My grandsons wings & fries and his appetizer mozzarella sticks all came out at same time,he was very happy with his food.13... minutes later my Very Salty burger came out .I was unable to eat it. I was taken back from the sour smell as you walk throughthe dirty front doors. The 1st thing I did was look for the sanitation grade, I was surprised that it was as high as it was andthen we waited about 4 to 5 minutes for someone to come seet us. Read more

We thought we would try BWW one more time last night as our experience 2 other times were not good. We both got chicken tenders... last night. Tater tots were good, but both orders of tenders were fried borderline burnt, had old burnt grease taste and themiddle were raw. So gross. We advised manager and instead of sorry let us get you something else, it was we marinate our tendersand that?s why the are rubbery. This is BS, you couldn?t even tear or cut them with a fork. He snatched our plate and said I?lltake them off. Gave us a bill $7, for the half cup of soda we drank, done never going back!!! I understand now why there gradeis in the low 90?s now!!! Read more

Sadly I understand why they have 3 stars? It?s the crew working in this place out front. I looked in my bag that was handed to... me and saw nothing like napkins. I ask for napkins with to go and was told- ?it?s not required ??. I?m telling you people neednapkins with to go food. That?s all. Some female starts yelling from the back at me to just leave. I will not go back. I DO NOTrecommend this particular store because of the front crew. I definitely needed napkins? Read more

I love wings, but the food at BWW is simply not very good. The soda was low on syrup, they did not have the promotional Mt Dew... flavor. The buffalo sauce did not coat the chicken so it mostly just tasted like dried out overcooked chicken with some sadfries. The Asian Zing cauliflower appetizer is ok. And the waitress was exceptionally polite. Read more
