Excellent burgers! Great menu, cool atmosphere. We got the fried pickles to start. They were yummy but can only eat so many... because they are rich. I like that instead of pickle chips they?re cut long. I opted to build my own burger because I likesimple. I got the 5oz angus which was more than enough for me. My bf got the badass burger and it was MASSIVE lol. Prepare toget messy. His was two 7oz burgers which I don?t think he realized haha. He could barely bite the thing! We ordered ours mediumwell because our server mentioned they leave them pink so if you order medium they?re going to be more like medium rare, andmedium well will be medium. Just some tips. Good food, great service, wonderful atmosphere. One of the most comprehensive "build your own" burger menus I've ever seen. ... Doubt you won't find something you'll enjoy. Not a great experience! In the words of Jon Taffer this place needs a deep cleaning, training for staff just to get started.... Clueless is a good word for our server. Asked...are the fries crispy and please bring them out hot. O-2 and her response wassorry. Ideally bring out hot fries and leave it out that. Took my family here to eat which is normally good and good service. This time service was confused on who had what table so we... sat at our table for a period of time after being seated. I had to actually get up and go get one of the waitresses to find outwho has our table and that we have been waiting. Staff seems to walk around and not try to notice anybody that is trying to flagthem down. Staff gathers at the counter and talk about everything. Staff going in and out of the kitchen we?re not stopping andwashing their hands at the sink. We all received our meal my burger I asked for the onion straws and as I look on my burger itlooks like the crumbs that were left at the bottom of the bin that they were taken from. I requested dukes mayonnaise that wasnot on the plate. I got my burger well done what sautéed mushrooms onion straws dukes mayonnaise and the house sauce withpepper jack cheese. After consuming this I was sick for the next three days I assume food poisoning. Considering I?m ahealthcare professional I believe I would know those signs and symptoms. This place has gone way down since it?s opening. Thefloors are nasty to say the least. We did have to wait a little bit as we arrived but it was a short wait. Other people weretold of the waiting time but yet when we were seated there was multiple tables open and ready for customers. I am a firmbeliever that this was probably the last time that we will visit this establishment.
