If I could leave a 0 star I would. We came to this restaurant at 6 pm on 11/26. We had a car full of people who were ready to... order however, they would need to be separate orders. NO note on the door saying the dining area is closed... Whatever thats ok,we will go through the drive through. Hello we will need to do several orders since you are closed. Sorry we can do that. Therewere no other customers at this location, just us, so we left. Service is important and apparently this location has none. Read more

I wish I could share my experience but never got to the window after ordering and waiting in line. Two others drove away... because the wait was so long. Not sure if it was shift change or what? Two employees smoking in the parking lot. I'm sitting inline for almost 20 minutes waiting on two large drinks. Finally, I just drove away like the other few people behind me. In five out of five visits to this Arby?s location, they have not gotten my order correct. I have thrown away more food than I... have eaten, due to not realizing this until I get all the way home with my drive-through food. It was no surprise to me todayto get home with curly fries instead of the crinkle fries I ordered. However, the worst thing about my trip there today waswhen the young man tried to hand me my drink, a sprite, it had dark soda all over the outside of the cup. When I pointed thisout to him and did not take it from his hand, he didn?t see a problem with that. I pointed it out to him again whereupon herolled his eyes, shook his head, and turned to grab a napkin to wipe off my cup. Had I taken the drink from him my hand, drinkholder, and steering wheel would have ended up with sticky cola all over them. This Arby?s is the only fast food restaurantclose to my house, where I can quickly grab lunch when I work from home. After today?s visit, I will drive further from home tograb lunch from any other restaurant. I have wasted enough money at this Arby?s location. Read more
THEY HAVE THE MEATS!!! Good place to stop for the famous Arby's Roast beef sandwich. Or if you don't like roast beef the sliced... carved turkey is pretty good too. They also have chicken sandwiches, tenders, onion rings, curly fries. My favorite is the halfpound roast beef sandwich. Especially if you get the cheddar half pound roast beef!!! Went there for dinner at 5:45 and ordered two chicken bacon swiss sandwiches in the drive thru because the lobby is closed. When... I got home both chicken sandwiches were crunchy, dry, old, and inedible. I called and the manager explained the situation and hesaid okay bring your receipt and we will replace it like it wasn't no big deal and this happens all the time. I returned thenext day delivered the inedible sandwich and the manager on duty qsaid it was probably left over from lunch, and I agreed. Shespoke to the manager and explained to him about checking on things to make sure they are fresh. I got my money back which Ididn't think was enough.
