Happy Father?s Day! (06/19/2022) This is definitely a very busy cafe. Get prepared for a long wait before you get your food... served. There are quite many staff working there. Guess it?s just because the foods are ordered to cook, so you have to bepatient with it. We came here at around 9:00am, there was already a long line there. Turned out the line was for the bakery onthe right side but for dining, you have to go into the left-side door to be seated. We waited for about 5 minutes for our seats. But we had to wait for about 10 minutes for our orders to be taken, another 20 minutes for our drinks to be served, then another15 minutes to get our food. So prepare to wait for around 45 minutes for your food. Some other customers couldn?t wait for solong and had to leave before their food was served. Other than that, staff are nice, foods are good with affordable prices. Read more

We visited the Pie Lady for an early Saturday breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The daily specials and breakfast menu... offered a variety of wonderful and delicious offerings. We ordered the Cheesesteak omelette and the Red Eye sandwich, both blewus away. The pastries were equally as good and service didn't disappoint. The overall value of this place was great as well. Tasty breakfast options! If you decide to come on a weekend be prepared to wait, just like every other place that serves... breakfast! Service was a bit slow, but again it was busy and a lot of places are understaffed, this is something you need tounderstand if you go out anywhere to eat. I really enjoyed my breakfast and the orange juice tasted freshly squeezed! It was sogood that my breakfast mates had to order one as well. Sitting outside was nice and they are dog friendly for the outdoor eatingarea. I was with my sister and brother-in-law, they have two dogs and the wait staff was so friendly to them. I would recommendcoming here if you are in the local area and are looking for something good and home cooked! My brother-in-law said this was thebest monte cristo sandwich he ever had. There is also a take-out cafe that has teas, coffee and pastries to the right side ofthe building. As soon as you step in it?s so warm and smells amazing! They were pulling fresh baked items from the oven, Ipurchased an apple cider mini donut and iced tea. Both items I ordered were so good and priced extremely well! Read more

Everything was delicious. We had a chicken salad sandwich and a Monte Cristo sandwich which were great and the portions are... generous. Had to have pie so we split a slice of apple which had a crumb topping and pumpkin spice lattes. Pie was phenomenal.Next time I would request to have it heated as it had been refrigerated. Service was a bit slow but they like every otherrestaurant are having difficulty staffing so be patient and understanding. The owner and her sister are very nice. Read more

Update September 2021: The service is painfully slow. Every table is full and there is a trickle of service coming out of the... kitchen. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour for your eggs and potatoes to be cooked. If they can fix that, please see my glowing review below: The Pie lady has opened their expanded dining room, and it is super cute. There is alsogreat seating on the front porch and sidewalk. They purchased all new tables and chairs for the porch, and have a new Trex deck. It?s all very welcoming and comfortable. They also now have a full breakfast and lunch menu, a welcome addition. They are alsoserving all of their food on REAL plates, using METAL cutlery, and CLOTH linen napkins. This is huge. I can?t eat another dinein meal on to-go containers with plastic forks. Thank you Pie Lady for using quality items to serve your food on/with. I hadthe breakfast burrito with a side of breakfast potatoes. All of it was delicious and well prepared. And of course they stillhave their delicious pies and scones. They are all very good and I could write a whole paragraph why. The short story is theyare more than worth coming in for. Lastly, I?d like to thank The Pie Lady for taking down their political/activist signs. Idon?t like to see that stuff when I go out to eat, regardless if I agree or not. Great job Pie Lady. Keep up all the greatwork! Read more

We visited Pie Lady on a Sunday around 11am. We were able to get seated pretty quickly but there is clearly no communication... with the hostess and wait staff as two tables who were seated after us were served water and menus before we were. The food isdecent but nothing amazing. It's a great place to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Don't expect great service here. They arevery busy during expected breakfast hours and you will not see your food quickly. So if you do come here, come with lots ofpatience. Even though our service was not good we made sure to tip the staff well and treated them with complete respect. It'snot their fault the service is poor. Definitely worth stopping by for a coffee and a scone. The indoor space is small and tendsto get crowded with people waiting to order. If you're not comfortable standing inside, close to others, you can order and waitoutside. They don't mandate masks so you will have people around you that are unmasked but all their staff wear there masksinside and outside. Read more
