Ugh. I remember when Boston Market actually used full size chickens! My 3 piece dark meat meal was horrible. Small pieces of... chicken, sides that had been on the steam table far too long, and the dining room looked like an overflow storage room. I won'tbe back. Read more
I know everyone is shorthanded, etc. but putting out inedible food won't help your business. Potato wedges RAW...might as well... been right out of the ground, broccoli tasteless, chicken beyond bland. No seasoning whatsoever on anything. Girl at counter theslowest ever and obviously did not care. Nor did the manger standing behind her. I understand supply issues but barely anychoices of sides or drinks. Do not eat here!!!! I drove 30 minutes to this location to get cold food and leather pieces in my food!!! Get all the way back... home called over 10 times and there was no answer!! To get all the way back to the restaurant to be told the phone line isdown!! I asked for a full refund of my meal for the supervisor on duty to give me 7.49 refund just for the spinach!! Who inthere right mind that works in customer service would ever do that! I told him I wanted a full refund and he proceeded to tellme it was just the spinach.. and that he isn?t going to argue with me it wasn?t ?his store? Decided to give this place a try after not having it for years. Never again. They should?ve perfected cooking chicken but it was... the driest thing ever. I?m pretty sure it was yesterday?s batch. No hot sauce, forks, or customer service. Avoid this place. Read more

Have been here many times during the past few years- never disappointed UNTIL this week. I was just here earlier inthe year- don?t know what happened (food chain supply issues, owner/staff not caring, business possibly closing down- whoknows). Wish I read the reviews before going. Never going back. Food: So mad I wasted $60 here to get food. I usually love therotisserie chicken. It was bland, and very dry as if they left it sitting after cooking for too long. The creamed spinach had noflavor. The Mac and cheese was very salty and inedible. You are better off buying Kraft Mac and cheese and I don?t even likeKraft. The cornbread was not even cornbread. It was rubbery, overcooked, cold spongy bread. Don?t know what I bought but it wasnot cornbread. You?re better off going to Acme for the chicken and cornbread or Walmart. The BLT fried chicken sandwich waspitiful (slightly undercooked chicken, soggy breading exterior, no mayo or any condiment and no bacon either. They also hadnothing but BBQ sauce and ranch available. I took a couple of bites and trashed the rest of the sandwich. You?re better offgoing to Popeyes, KFC, Chick-fil-A, Walmart, shoprite. You would find better sandwiches at a school?s cafeteria. Anywhere else,period. Appearance: Should?ve just left after I saw how the food counter/operation was. There are usually chickens cooking inthe ovens in the back- there were none. The sides looked sad and scarce. There were zero desserts out except for brownies (itwas stocked last time I bought food). Half of the drinks in the soda machine were ?sold out? same goes for the teas. There wereonly 3 utensils left out for people to grab. The seating area looked like a storage room.
