This Starbucks is consistently slow. On top of that, the few times I do come here, they are always out of what I order. They... have been out of multiple breakfast sandwiches and drinks in the past when I come. I came this morning and it continues. Iordered a peppermint mocha, said they were out. Asked for the iced cookie seasonal mocha, said they were out. Ended up gettingjust a plain hot chocolate and they were out of cup sleeves!! The cup was so hot I couldn?t even hold it. The girl at the windowwas snooty. If you have time, please do to a different Starbucks. This one is subpar. Read more
I am just underwhelmed by the coffee flavor. My venti apple crips macchiato legit tasted like steamed milk and that is it. My... pikes peak hot coffee with creamer and caramel was cold af, taste stale, and pretty certain there was no caramel in it. Legittrashed $10 worth. I've been to this location many times over the last 5 years. They do get rather busy due to the location, but I've never waited... longer than 10-15 minutes in a packed drive-thru line, less for inside. Despite the high traffic for the location, the staff arealways kind, professional, and helpful despite the lower pay that most Starbucks employees make (not 100% about this localespecifically). The few times I've had a mistake with my order (new employees in training, tired and heard wrong thing, customererror, etc.), it was addressed quickly and courteously. My wife and I had a mobile order. Two coffees, two breakfast sandwiches and a muffin. My wife?s coffee was 3/4 full and she had... asked for extra half and half in her drink. I politely asked the employee if she would top off the drink with half and half formy wife. She told me that they aren?t allowed to. They?re only allowed to top off with ice and that I would be charge for morehalf and half. Even after I had showed her my mobile receipt AND the label on the cup showing ?extra cream?, she did not topoff the drink. The amount of half and half I was asking for was about tablespoon or two of half and half and she refused. Ipurchased a $5 COFFEE and I was going to be charged EXTRA for a addition to a drink I had already paid for. Absolutelyridiculous customer service and I will suggest to anyone I know that drinks Starbuck?s overpriced coffee to switch to BlackRifle Coffee Company down the street. Better coffee, better customer service and it is veteran owned and they donate to veteransacross our country. Read more
I just moved to Moore, and of course trying this starbucks was the better location choice but every time I come here my drink is... messed up and someone always has an attiude. Anyway, never coming back here again. Just isn't pleasant. Read more
What can I say about this place? People come in and out getting their delicious treats and still are going to complain about... this location. I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS! The morning staff is so attentive not to mention they make the perfect drinks on the dot.I normally come here to get something to wake me up early in the mornings and they know exactly how to make the perfect wake meupper! No one should complain about this location. We all know how crazy busy and hectic 19th street can get. Kudos to themanager for doing a fantastic job in a busy environment. Read more
Went inside vs the long line outside. Ordering was easy, got a white mocha latte and a bacon gouda to start the morning. Came... out quickly back to back, fresh and exactly as I wanted. Only reason not 5 stars, the place was rather dirty inside, rags onground, trash was over flowing and tables weren't clean. Makes me wonder about behind the counter? Read more
Today I went to the Starbucks in moore. I was belittled and disrespected by one of the workers. Her name is Hannah. I used my... mobile app to order. I did arrive early to Starbucks drive through to get my drink. I apologized at the intercom. When I got thewindow she stated and asked why I came early. As to why I used the mobile if I was coming early. And Continued of my choice ofpayment. Hannah kept explaining on how I made her job difficult due to go through a couple mobile stickers to get to mine. Shestated not to come early again, instead to arrive at the time the app says. I was very upset by her tone and behavior that Iasked for her name. She came to the window and stated her name with an attitude as if she was the manger. She continued to askwhy. I stated how she was disrespectful and demeaning me for no apparent reason. She clearly does not care for her customers orher attitude towards other. If this is how starbucks employees are going to treat customers I will go to a different coffeecompany. Read more
