"Boba tea" Sharetea in Moore Oklahoma great service greeting customers as they come in... a must try Tiger brown sugar.
Love this place. Never get my order wrong, give great suggestions, and let you try the toppings if you have never had bobba... before. I will always keep going. My only slight complaint is some workers are a little judgey if you get 120% sugar. But also Iunderstand because that's a lot of sugar so they might have been expecting me to not like it and complain. It was great. Its nowcommon in my order. Read more
I really love this place! We go there at least once a week for a delicious refreshment. I want to try everything on the menu! ... I cannot have cow's milk so it is nice they offer milk alternatives. I just wish there were more slushie options. If you havenever tried boba tea before, you must try Sharetea! Read more
Just went in to get some treats for my friend and I at lunch! Today, I ordered a Oreo Ice Blended w/ Pearl, but instead of big... pearls, I changed it out for mini pearls. For my friend, I got her a Strawberry fresh milk w/ mini boba. The boba here alwayshave a satisfying texture and taste to them, and the drinks are very flavor-able. Now, lets talk about customer service! (TLDR:It's GOOD!). The person who was taking my order was very friendly and the people who made the drinks were quick. It was anin-and-out of the store scenario. Quick, simple, easy, and fast! Was especially useful since I have a limited time lunch break.Overall, the drinks were made in a nice and timely manner, the staff were nice and courteous, and of course, my friend and Igreatly enjoyed our drink! We came here for a light drink before going to Costco. We definitely spent way too much money at this place! Their drinks are... pretty good. I did not have any problems at this place. Most of my discretionary income has gone to this place. I think I mightbe addicted. Read more
The tea was great, but the customer service was very bad. I ordered first and yet they completely missed my drink. had to go... back and reorder. My mom got a nondairy drink but we are 99% sure it contained dairy due to how sick she got. they didn?t careto explain what they meant by Sweetness Level, and it was our first time there (which we stated and asked, to no response orexplanation). Both workers that served us seemed like they had zero idea what was going on and didn?t respond to any questions.we had asked three times kindly if a drink contained boba straight to a worker who was taking our order and she did not respondin the slightest. (and also ended up messing up the order regardless). None of the workers knew if the products used containeddairy or not and what substitutes they had etc. they also added things to a drink that were not on the menu and we didn?tspecify for. overall bad experience. drinks are pretty good though.
