Overrated. Overpriced. You will pay more than $20 for a fast food cheeseburger meal. You can get a ribeye steak at a restaurant... for less. This chain should be boycotted for their junk overprice fast food. Don?t get ripped off! Read more
I went into the hamburger place ordered a double meat cheeseburger small fry small drink was $22.70. I said Sir are you sure and... he said yes look at the menu. I replied well I can sure see why there is not very many people eat here versus the garage that'sfull of people eating. Employees were very nice. Store was pretty clean and organized. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and small fry. It was 20.00... that's pretty ridiculous!!! My friends ordered Burger, hot dog and shake. About 1/3 of her way through the hotdog - we noticedthat the bun had mold on it. I took it back to the counter and suggested that they check their other buns. They offered to makeher another one but she's 12, she was grossed out and couldn't have eaten another one of those. They did offer to refund the dogbut made no move towards a refund except talking about it. At this point, we're done eating what we can and leave. Theemployees acted lost or hesitant to do what was right. They were fine with letting us walk out without refunding the moldyhotdog and loading 3 customers. I don't know if I'll ever go to another 5 Guys again but I will definitely NEVER go back tothis one! Very disappointing service!! Read more
This place has delicious traditional burgers cooked and prepared fresh for you along with delicious fries that always spill out... of the cup. The only downside is the uptick in price as it's now nearly $8-$10 for a burger before fries and a drink. ($43 fortwo burgers, fries, and drinks) If you're looking for a delicious burger though, it's totally worth it. The staff was friendlyand even with an order that got mixed up, they just prepared fresh burger and we're super kind about it. Definitely enjoyed theexperience here. Read more
Today is December 1st, it?s 320pm. This is the best shift ever, people are great, atmosphere is on point, music is amazing,... burgers and portion of fries is like it?s supposed to be. This is exactly how Five Guys is supposed to be! America is great! Read more
It's a great burger and fries spot!!! The burger with melty cheese and greasy goodness!!! A bit on the expensive side...$50 plus... for 2 burgers, a hot dog, lg and sm fry, a shake and a drink... Peanuts are complimentary... Enjoy!!! Read more
