I've seen inmates happier to do their job. I interacted with two people through the drive-thru, the first one said a total of 10... words to me and four of those included the total. No greeting. Just a "order when you're ready". Said nothing to me at thewindow. When I moved on to the next window, the person there said absolutely nothing and handed my food to me. I almost askedfor some ketchup, but after taking another look at the extreme sorrow in their eyes I decided it was best just to drive off. Nowfor the food, now I know it's just fast food so I shouldn't really be expecting anything too grand. It would appear that they'verun out of condiments at that braum's, and lettuce, and onions, and pickles and pretty much everything it would appear. As youcan tell from the picture the burger had maybe three pieces of shredded lettuce, and two circles of the middle part of an onion.I'm starting to understand why the employees are so depressed, I'm certain I would be too if that's the quality of food that Iwas serving. Just like most other Braum's stores I always get good service and consistent food quality. They were very courteous to a... customer who kept bringing his order back. It was the wrong item he just didn't like how they fries it or something and he keptmaking a production out of by biting and the sighing out loud and shaking his head head. Read more
The grandkids wanted to try this place. They were undecided 7 and 9 year Olds on whether they should get regular ice cream or... the custard. I got them each a baby cone with twist custard and now they want to go back again!!! Read more
Always have everything I want and fresh. The perfect alternative to the larger grocery stores. In and out without lines and... always helpful and friendly employee. Not fake. Genuinely nice, down to earth individuals. Two items I am particularly pleasedwith at this time and those are , the very sweet seedless watermellons and the Green Onion and cheddar block of cheese. ThisLast visit I purchased a watermelon. A last minute decision. The week prior i had picked up a Rush Springs watermelon from the roadside. The braums watermelon beat the other hands down, for ripeness and sweetness. Read more
