Frustrating. We were asked to pull up to wait for our order. 15 minutes later we still didn't have our food. I called and they... said they were still cooking our quarter pound hamburger. Odd- no one else was in the drive through! They did refund our money.However, this isn't the first time we have had this experience. It's like they forget about you when your asked to pull up.Frustrating and the food wasn't good... overcooked/burned. McDonald's at Baptist Road is so much better and only 1 exit farthersouth. After 30 minutes for my hot n spicy, fry, and drink. Literally served every drive thru customer before us even though we were... to-go in-store. If I was in-store for a sit in experience I would give some leniency but that's ridiculous for to-go in-store.Then they threw my food at me like they didn't see us standing there for 30 minutes. It took nearly a half hour for me to reach the counter after watching three couples walk out of the restaurant due to lack of... service. The entire crew seemed to be ignoring the front of the house completely. Several employees walked right past the frontcounter before the manager finally stepped up to take my order. Once I received my food the fries were undercooked, cold, andover salted. on top of that, the fire container was only half full so my medium fry became the equivalent of a small. TheQuarter pound burger was also cold in the middle, raising a concern that it may in fact not be cooked all the way through.
