Best coffee ever! A hint of cinnamon and it?s so smooth. Great with dessert. Also, everything is freshly made even the corn... tortillas. The people that work here were incredibly sweet and helpful. We ate here this past Saturday night. I highly recommend the pozole! What a wonderful myriad of tastes! Another tasty surprise... was the sopapilla, a yummy twist on the usual that will make this a must order when we return. Everything we ate was soflavorful and delicious. We will be back!! The food is fantastic here, the owner has all of his grandmother's recipes from Mexico. Get the salsa sampler appetizer, very... unique sauces. Even the Americanized menu items are good, try the breakfast burritos. Expect to spend about $30 per person atdinner. Read more

Authentic Mexican food in Monument. They remodeled the old Village Inn, and they really did a good job! The decorations are... tastefully done. The food and margaritas were good. The server was very friendly and nice, but didn?t seem knowledgeable aboutthe menu or the service industry. This place could be a total hit with a few tweaks: TVs to watch sporting events, amp up thebar /lounge area a bit, and find a way to make some outdoor seating for the summer months.
