Pulled through this location when there were no other customers during a pandemic and the woman on the speakerphone was the... rudest person I've ever ordered from. The workers at the drive thru are NOT BRIGHT at all! The few times I?ve been at the drive thru I had to repeat my order 3... times.. something must be in their drinking water because taking an order is NOT ROCKET SCIENCE! This DD has slow, unprofessional service. I waited more than 30 minutes in line to order. The drive-through is set so the curbs... trap you in line or I'd have left long before that. I ordered, pulled up to the window and waited another ten minutes.Apparently they forgot my order, so I placed it again. They overcharged me and gave me the wrong order. Service was slow and the people are rude and slower. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes telling order our order over and over... again at the window. One of our coffees are wrong and they refused to remake it. They kept asking what we were waiting for. 3sandwiches and 2 coffees. All we got was one straw before they asked again.
