The food and accuracy of our orders have been great! The staff are doing their best considering the working environment. The... staff are clearly highly stressed to the max most likely to to the nature of the job and appear to be short staffed! A few weeks ago I went here at 8pm to order 6 McDoubles and 3 fries for my kids feeding them kind of late after hearing that my... wife's grandmother had died and was informed they could only give me 4. When I mentioned that I had 3 kids who could each eat 2they told me I was being rude and that I could take it or leave it. When I asked for the manager was laughed at and was told sheheard the whole thing and was told to g leave. A second visit yesterday had me waiting 40 minutes for a manager to approve anoverride to change my order because the app expired because I was there for 15 min in line with the app open ready to go. Withonly 3 people in line at the counter watching the code on the app expire as well as being told that to use it I then had to goto the back of the line and wait for it to come back up again olnly to watch the next person in lines code also expire becausethe manager refused to come over for them. Have also reported this store to the Better Business Bureau. This is the rudest Ihave ever been treated by a manger at any business I have been to. Read more
Went on the day school started back up my bad. They did a great job of keeping up with the extra volume of parents, kids getting... their grub on. What can you say about McDonald's breakfast, it's fast it's good and fills the void of running out the door ononly a cup of coffee. Enjoy. Read more
This place is trash. You go through the drive through and order two drinks and one large fry and you?re waiting 35 minutes... because they don?t know how to park people who have large orders, then you try to go inside and they mess up your mobile orderby telling you that?s your bag and then when you get back to work you realize they gave you the wrong bag. Then when you go topick up the correct order they are rude and do not know how to take responsibility for their part in messing up your order. Read more
The staff is amazing. But the service is INCREDIBLY SLOW. If you want to eat you better make sure you have enough gas in your... tank and time because you?ll be sitting in that drive thru line for 20-35 minutes. No kidding. They don?t park cars as they?resupposed to, per- corporate, one order will hold up 20+ cars. Please change this and do something about it. I understand it isvery busy but we can all agree. Read more
I never rates MacDonald. It's MacDonald. Except today. The lady named Noemi who received us was a rock star! We are bunch of... California tourists who is visiting Colorado. Loved the views ans loved the people. So Friendly! Noemi didn't find ourmultiple order and request annoying. Very patience and kind. We even had the group picture on front the single arch! I feel like you need to go here just for the one ARCH sign. ????. The lobby was closed so we used the drive through.
Too long for food..mostly due to supposedly training.....10 children running around in the kitchen/service area..4 on... cashier...3-4 friends (literally) running around in dining room...all talking about different social media mostly. According toscreens 5 drive thru orders and 3 dining room orders...took 20 mins to get big Mac meal( very poorly made) and a spicy chickensandwich.
