After going there EVERY DAY for lunch for 3 months (while van was being repaired) they gave me the wrong order. I called Mgr who... said mention it next time and they'd comp my meal. Reliable. You know what your getting. Not gourmet, it's's Burger King! But sometimes you just want a burger. And you get it "... your way" unlike it's main competitor who nearly have a breakdown if you ask for anything not exactly as the menu and have"rules" posted all through the drive-thru.
