Amazing ice cream store. They do also sell pizza but I never tried it, though the pizza looks pretty tasty too. The scoops here... are on the larger side, they are very generous. The staff here are friendly and helpful. We stopped here daily whilst we were inMontrose, sometimes more than once. Definitely worth checking out. Read more

The pizza was good. I wasn?t a huge fan of the crust. It had a little too many dry herbs. Kind of overpowering. I would order... thin crust if it?s available. Otherwise not bad. Read more
Great pizza with gluten free crust options. Staff were very friendly and we didn't have to wait long. There are only 3 small two... person tables taken up by one family so we had to do to go but otherwise a great place. Read more
We had an amazing experience at buckaroos, me and my Wife had a complicated order that we were craving (1/2BBQ all meat 1/2BBQ... with hot wing chicken) and they went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect! The owner and workers are all veryfriendly and welcoming! We absolutely devoured our pizza and it was some of the best we have had. I am impressed. I will be getting my pizza from Buckaroo's. The crust is crisp not thick n soggy or thin n crunchy. Toppings?... Beyond my expectations. Vegetables were real, with a cooked texture that is enjoyable. Real chunks of chicken! Not shreddedflavored tofu! A little underpriced, so worth double every penny you'll spend anywhere else! If this place doesn't get five stars, no place should. We were staying across the street and wanted some pizza. So we walked... across to Buckaroo and were just blown away. The pizza is great, sure. The ice cream was beyond good, too. But all of it wasbrought together through service that was just incredible. We ended up ordering ice cream which we ate before the pizza was evenfinished and we chatted with the worker behind the counter. By the time we got our pizza, we had planned out at least two futurevisits to get menu items that we couldn't try all in one trip. If you're making your way through Montrose, stop here. If you'rea local, hopefully you already know about this place and have it in your regular rotation. Items: Medium cheese pizza: not toocheesy, with a mildly sweet sauce and soft, fluffy crust and crispy underside. Ice cream: cake batter ice cream with chocolatefrosting swirl, in a waffle cone dipped in white chocolate and Halloween-themed sprinkles. This might be one of the best icecream creations we've ever tried. And I used to make ice cream for a living. Read more
