Hey franchise owners- You need new management. For 3 years this place has been out of almost everything every time we have gone.... If my kids didn?t insist on trying for cotton candy ice cream every time we wouldn?t have been back in years. Oh and the manageronce banged on the bathroom door, yelled at us and kicked my kids and I after my 5 year old had to used the bathroom that wasabsolutely not ?being cleaned? rather than have an accident. Sorry kids not trying for cotton candy again here. And why is itstill not open for walk-ins? It really is a laughable state. Read more
They didn't get our orders right for a breakfast sandwich, gave croissants instead of English muffins. There store says open... tell 8 but got there at 5:30 and was closed Read more
Closed at 7pm on a weekday during summer. Door even states they?re open but all doors are locked. Don?t waste your time
This place is a joke, they never have bananas. So don?t even ask for a banana split and they people are often rude.

I'm so done with this place. The lobby is closed most of the time which creates huge drive thru line. Dont wait in drive thru... line because they probably won't have what you want when you finally make it to the speaker to order. They are always out ofseveral ice cream flavors. Never stocked with pre packed quarts. The employees are teenage zombies that don't care. As far asthe Dunkin doughnuts, dry and old tasting every time. Go to Montrose doughnuts and deli just a few blocks down. Anyway, I dontknow how this poorly managed store stays in business. Read more
