Super overpriced, I spent $12 on a one drink. I asked for their most popular fruit tea drink and asked them to explain what was... in it, they just rung it up for me instead and then showed me the pay machine. It\'s fine, I payed and received a deliciousdrink but it had soo many passion fruit seeds that were not fun to chew or spit out. Made the drink not enjoyable. So I politelyasked her if I could get it remade without the seeds. You would think for such an expensive drink they would at least make suretheir customer service and satisfaction was also on the high end. She rudely said they wouldn\'t make the drink even though Ihad a single sip of it. I just left and heard the other employee asking why she didn\'t make another and told the girl that shecould have just remade it.\nExtremely dissatisfied with their environment and service, though the drink could have been so yummywithout the seeds. Reply: I?m not sure which specific time you were checking but I?m so sure the staff was complaining customers in Chinese. And... the funny thing is, I have a couple friend who also visited the store two weeks ago during the weekend. They also had a badexperience with the same female staff who misunderstood their order first then complained with her colleague in Chinese sayingeverything was my friend?s fault loudly and repeatedly. If there are more than one customers have already shared their badexperience to that specific staff, I don?t know why you still chose to believe there is no issue on your customer service? Good bubble tea as always (never had a bad one with any Yi Fang locations)! Highly recommended the signature fruit tea or the... matcha brown sugar milk tea. Services could be a bit faster but given their recent opening, it?s totally understandable. Veryfriendly staff :) Read more

My favourite delicious fruit tea! ???? Very tasty and clean! The service was good and the drink was ready quickly. The prices... were quite reasonable and average for a good quality drinks in Downtown, about $7/ drink. Read more
