Worst service and the cashier is very rude. Gave me burnt fried poutine and when I asked him to replace he gave me another plate... of just fries(almost as same as old fries). I again had to transfer the melted cheese and chicken from the old plate. I usuallyeat at Alexis nihon valentine and I know how?s their poutine looks and tastes. I could?ve thrown the food but doesn?t want towaste it, so had to eat it anyways. Anyways this is disgusting. Read more
I believe the 2.5 stars clearly reflect the quality of this establishment. I ordered a club sandwich + fountain drink + poutine... yesterday around 6pm at the peel location. I was really disappointed by the quality of the food. The club sandwich was notproperly assembled, the chicken was clearly altered / not deemable for consumption. The poutine tasted off, again not ready forconsumption. What stroke me the most is the employee attitude. Never again! Read more
Excellent food very reasonably price and delicious. The staff were friendly and just great.
Absolute no care about basic hygiene! Their food is just a health hazard. The employee was cleaning the place when I ordered and... he did not even bother to change his gloves to prepare the food. I told him twice to do so but he did not. I had to throw thefood to the garbage and customers behind me left as well. Read more
Got my first taste of Poutine here.
Worst food imaginable.. My club sandwich was extremely dry, the color of the chicken was off and there was a hair ontop of the... sandwich. The tomatoes are cut improperly, leaving the green part for you to choke on as a nice bonus. I'm pretty sure you couldnot make a worse sandwich if you were trying. Read more
Ate half of their chicken burger before noticing it was very undercooked. Offered me a new one or two hot-dogs to compensate.... Wasn't hungry anymore and I doubt I'll eat there again. Read more
Never had poutine put me in the hospital before ??????? When my friend tried to tell the cashier the food made us sick, she told... her it was not her problem and if we were sick it was our fault. Didn't even get the chance to ask for a refund, she was thatdefensive. Meanwhile I was trying not to throw up or pass out in the court. Ambulance ride was cool tho. We're both sick andwaiting in the hospital to get checked out. 0/10 would not poutine again. Read more
