Where do I start... The service is EXTREMELY SLOW, like EXTREMELY. The girls act like they just DON'T CARE about the clients,... their time, nothing. Also, they have an attitude, almost like they are doing a favor and NO BEAUTY, IS NOT A FAVOR, YOU AREGETTING PAID FOR GIVING A GOOD, SWIFT SERVICE, but instead, it looks like you are being taken to the guillotine, definitelydon't look happy doing their job, but... If you are not energetic, proactive, do not give good service, have an attitude and actlike you are unsubstituible with a $14.50 an hour job, HOW ARE YOU EXPECTING TO GET A BETTER PAYED ONE?!?!?! The only way to goup in society is proving that YOU ARE CAPABLE OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY, COMMITING AND FINISH YOUR TASKS ADEQUATELY. Hope mywords are not misinterpreted. Read more

Poor service now and staff at mobile order counter are never friendly, more annoyed and confused. Sent feedback through the app... three weeks ago and nothing has changed and never heard back. I have been going to this Tim's since 2003 when the doughnutschoices and coffee were on par with other locations and the staff was there to help serve you. Read more
