Seems like they prioritize coffees above any other drinks. I received my wrap and hash brown within seconds after ordering, but... I wanted to see how long it would take for me to receive my small french vanilla. MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATER, someone asked whatI was waiting for...all while a bunch of coffees were flying out every second! Turns out my french vanilla was right in front oftheir eyes the whole time, but now everything was cold. Read more
Awful service. The manager does not even know how to behave. The place is so unhygienic and dirty. Rude behavior by the staff.... The management should fire their staff for rude behavior and hire some well mannered people. Read more

This is a review for the location on 1611 St. Catherine street. Disgusting. The conditions in a federal corrections facility are... better. Staff unresponsive/moronic/apathetic. Franchisee saving 1 full-time salary by keeping his/her store short-staffed. I wasembarrassed to bring my family to this insulting establishment. They could take some lessons from the Tim Horton's on 8390 boul.Newman. They didn't have the Timbits that my severely autistic son needed at 3:30 AM. They made a batch on the spot. Bravo! Thefranchisor should send more secret shoppers to their locations more often to ensure that the core principles of the trademarkare being upheld. Read more

Service is awful and the employees are simply there to collect a check. Wrong orders daily, they have to ask the customers how... many coffees they ordered after they punch it in (4, the answer was 4), they don't stir the coffee or write the order on thelids, and they usually do not understand French nor English. Three weekends in a row and three messed up orders with only 4coffees each time. Read more

The most depressing Tim Hortons I have ever been in. The bins were overflowing and the general cleanliness was suboptimal. The... staff struggled to get our order right, even after asking for clarification, they still managed to get 3/4 items wrong. Thestaff were also extraordinarily slow - it should not take nearly 20 minutes to serve 3 customers. I would only return here if Iwas dying and the only thing that could save me was a tim Hortons doughnut, and even then I'd try to get to any other one thanthis one. Read more

Tim Matin sur pain déjeuner , un excellent café, extra large at the recommendation of this excellent young man thismorning. Top Notch! I am at ease seeing all the 1 star reviews about this Tim Hortons because this is really the WORSTTT customer service I've... seen.. I've been to this Tim Hortons around 3-4 times, always hoping they will give me better service, but it just gets worseand worse. Cashiers are super disrespectful, order takes a very long time to get ready when some people inside have time ontheir hands to make it, and they don't help you redeem coupons. AVOIDDD! Read more
