Located inside of Montreal exhibition center plaza, next to metro station entrance, this tim horton restaurant is very... convenient for commuter and participants to shows and exhibition, as always the coffee tastes better than you home and officebrews, as they use 18 percent cream ????, there is open sitting along the hallway, you can sip your coffee and watching peoplepassing by, there are several restaurants next to each other, so competition is good, and you can use your Google wallet/pay ontheir terminal, very smart ???? ???? ???? After arguing with a client the girl who take orders drop many empty cups of coffe on the dirty floor and try to serve the next... clients with them ... i am working in restauration for many years now and i never saw something so careless, irresponsable anddisgusting like that, spécialy after all the restriction we have face in québec. I did confront her with that and she startarguing with me saying that they didnt drop on the floor while i clearly saw it and by the way the floor was far from clean. She kept arguing and refusing to put the cups in the garbage while giving me some taunting attitudes. Its not the first time iam having a bad expérience at tim horton but i think this will be the last because i will never go back. And i suggest you tothink it twice before encouraging a compagny that clearly dont care about their customer and the healtiness (salubrité) oftheir service. I am sorry if my english wasnt perfect, but my thought was to write my complaint in this language so it can beread by a majority of people. I wish you good luck in not catching anything in your next cup of coffee and i hope this complaintwill have a impact on the standard of hygiene of Tim horton. Read more

This location had employees standing around in no hurry while a line of customers waited to order. The people were unfriendly. ... The Honey Glazed Timbits were not made the same as other locations and had to switch them out for a different flavor. Read more

No issues. Great coffee, good breakfast bagel sandwich and of course who can forget the maple glazed donuts. Took about 10-15... minutes to get our food but they were busy and didn't feel like the wait was too long. Read more

Super awful customer service. They put expired cream in our coffees and then we went back there for them to remake it. They... didn?t even look at us when we were standing right in front of them. They were arguing with each other already. They remakedcoffees but didn?t put any sugar this time. And just pushed the coffees towards us no sorry nothing they both were justlistening to music with AirPods in ears. We didn?t go back to get new coffees again, just got from another cafe. Read more

It?s a busy Tim Hortons, given its proximity to the metro, but the staff does a good job moving things along quickly. Super... friendly as well. Definitely the best Tim Hortons in the area. Read more

Here in Montreal at Tim Horton coffee and donuts are so good. The habanero chicken bowl was not full at all.. Had to ask them... where was the rice and to please add it to the bowl. Found out they ran out of rice without telling us. We had to go back uptwice because they took so long to fix the order.. An hour later we were still waiting.. Read more
