Was charged full price yet i noticed I had a free coffee which was taken out of my points yet I was charged for it. I also... ordered and paid for a bagel with cheese which for the 3rd time came without cheddar cheese as asked. I literally have to checkthe bag every time I go there because there are always mistakes. Today I used the drive through. Big mistake because when I gotto work I noticed my bagel had no cheese and the free coffee was charged. THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL! Read more

It's been about 3 or 4 times in a row I go here in the evening time at the drive-thru and the potatoes are always super old,... cold and disgusting. PLUS, this time I unfortunately found hair in them today. The service was horrible. The lady didn't evenspeak to me, almost dropped the bag of food when giving it to me since she wasn't even looking and when i said thanks she justlooked away like if she didn't care or want to be there. I mean just quit your job if you will act this way ???????????.Anyways, I didn't want to complain at first, but I want to be able to enjoy my potatoes since they are my favorite from TimHortons and are supposed to be hot and delicious. Second time coming. I will never come back. The first time the worker did not speak French or English and this time the worker... was rude and this is what I received (see picture). That is a farmer's breakfast wrap. I does not even deserve a star. Horribleservice. Read more
Ordered two plein gout bagel Tim Matins. See the difference? They completely forgot the egg and cheese in one of them. Not the... first time this has happened. They always seem to mess up the orders, no matter which Tim Hortons. Read more
The quality is never really an issue as all Tims are pretty standard but any time we go in there are some rude or aggressive... people to deal with. Last week some guy was just screaming in the restaurant and I'm not even sure if the Cops were called bythe employees. They might consider bringing in an experienced manager who can handle difficult clients... or maybe evensecurity. Food is good, staff is good, environnement is unstable. Read more
