When I go to Tim Hortons totally staff are free no body makes the order. Then I tell them I ordered online. Thenthey start prepare the order. The worst Tim Hortons franchise ever for several reasons. 1. Lack of hygiene- the employees barely clean the tables, or... counters. The food shelves are messed up and certainly kills the appetite [Photo attached]. Additionally, the washroom is dirtyand misses toilet tissue or soap almost always. 2. Wrong delivery of foods- some of the employees barely care about the order.Some may be new (who may require proper training), yet the regular ones cannot deliver a simple order. Additionally, theproportion of food are not adequate at times (i.e., coffee cups are 20% empty, creams on bagels are very little, cheese onsandwiches is very little). 3. Unwelcoming attitude- a few of the regular employees always seem upset. (I understand the stressof being busy at time) even if the store is not busy, he may not show positive attitude while taking orders. There was one timethis particular employee started argument. 4. Unavailability of foods- the store tends not to have some items at times, even at5 pm [Photo attached]. Some regular items are expected to be available almost always. I have been in situations that I was toldsuch items are not available, yet it was given to a white person (may be because of racial discrimination). I had good memoriesat this store and losing interest to visit. I still visit the store only because it is located at the center of the huge market.I hope that the employer provides proper training to the employees and do random audits for better maintenance. This has got to be the worst Tim's I've ever been to. I went through the drive thru and got a turkey bacon club sandwich. When I... took my sandwich out of the bag the wrapper was all disgusting and covered in mayonnaise. The lettuce in the sandwich was black.I went inside and asked for it to be remade. Again I was handed a sandwich with a gross, greasy wrapper. I mentioned it to theemployee who handed me the sandwich and she said it's because she just made it and showed me her gloves which were covered ingrossness. She threw a new wrapper on the counter for me to change it myself and when I told her she should change her glovesshe shrugged and walked away. I've worked in food service and I would never keep gross dirty gloves like that, nor treat mycustomers the way I was treated. Also my new sandwich had ONE measly scrap of bacon in it. Read more

In this Tim Horton's most of them are same community. They are chatting between themselves. I order small double double and... grill cheese. For grill cheese they took 15 minutes. So many people are waiting in the line for long time to get their orders. Read more
