very good under pressure. morning staff could easily back off a line of 30 ppl in under 10 minutes. this tim hortans is always... getting 2x more clients bc the tim hortons on masson SUCKS and run out of everything all the time. there r 3 ppl that a verygood at what they do. one of them was placed as chef today, however she is best when she is taking orders for customers. boss isin store for the last month so thats nice to see. Good store, always seem busy though I find the service to be a bit slower than some other places. Perhaps it's lack of staff... issue.. or not. I always order online to pick up. You may want to update your online order screen when the order is ready...Please. Love the App experience and the offers. The manager of this place and specially for the morning shifts is impolite! she asked us to leave the place after 1 hour and a... half! we did buy from the place and we were taking an online courses! we are students and she doesn't have the right to say thatto us! and the place is not even full!! the employees were cery nice with us the let us stay to finish our class but the managerwas really mean ! i will not come back to this place again! I was impressed with this location. Compared to most tim Hortons in Montreal, the place is cleaner, they have their inventory... ready. For this, would come and grab something to eat and/ or on the go. My gf and I ordered the egg and sausage sandwich. We were impressed with the freshness and the taste. No drive-thru and the parking is quite small but that is ok. This TimHortons is definitely one to go. Read more
