tried to order at 20:00 the employee at the door was telling me that they're closed while it says closed at 20:30
Our order was so badly made. First time we didn't receive all the items ordered. Had to compare the order to the reciept. The... items themselves weren't made properly an homestyle egg and sausage sandwich had no sausage and we only realised when we gothome. And the coffee was burnt. Seriously if this company treated employees better they might actually be better employees. Read more
Tim Hortons is a Canadian staple. The quality has really reduced since the company was sold to someone in the US. But hey, it's... a classic. I recommend getting a chipotle crispy wrap, a coffee, and potato wedges with chipotle sauce, as trio. Read more

It's always packed no matter when. Place is quite clean. Staff are friendly. Today I tried to order my coffee on the mobile app.... When I arrived, i have to tell them that I ordered through the app before they make my order. But I guess they are just toobusy, they forgot to make it. When they realized it, they made my coffee right after. They apologized for letting me wait toolong. That was nice. I will definitely visit this Timmy again. Read more
I ordered a BLT and I just got the L. A lettuce sandwich, that I paid full price for. The employee told me after handing it to... me that they no longer had bacon or tomatoes. No offer to reimburse, nothing. The donuts are perpetually 3/4 empty as well. Read more
