Went around 9:00 PM 02-09-2022 the girl was very rude. Told me she had nothing left when i clearly saw things in the racks at... the counter. This employe should not be working with anything that has to do with customer service. This has happened to me morethen once. Tims had gone from bad to worse. Not just this Tim's but every Tim's around town. No staff they say. They are better off closing... down. Never any donuts. Store always closed to go inside. Staff not knowledgeable to tell you what donuts they have thru thedrive thru. Get to window and they say sorry we don't have that. But 30 second so you did? No one else in line! I miss the oldTim's. Service was excellent I don't know what this grey spot is on my food but it looks like mold taste like mold.

Employee don't care about your order. They let you order something and then charges you for something else. When you let them... know they don't care. You can't go inside to have a talk with the manager because they lock the door and only allows you to usethe drive through. Read more
Over the years, I?ve refrained from going to Tim Hortons because the decline in both food and service was undeniable.... Unfortunately this location does a remarkable job at solidifying my opinion. Though a few employees seem friendly, at the end ofthe day, they do not have the competencies nor capabilities required to accomplish the most basic of requirements. Employees donot know the menu (or what they are out of), they do not have the communication skills required for basic customer interaction,they often make errors with the order, and in turn they don?t know how to handle or rectify their own mistakes. Last but notleast, they are lethargic in completing basic tasks. There?s ?quiet quitting? and then there?s not meeting the requirements ofthe job. I?m not certain who needs to read this in order for things to change. Certainly management has a role in trainingemployees and setting expectations. I question if the Tim Hortons franchise execs read these comments? clearly, I?m not the onlyone disappointed with what used to be a decent Canadian establishment. Read more
