Service was way too slow. the bread was wet from too much sauce even after asking for just a little bit.
The place somehow always manages to overcharge me. Every single sub I got from there is always 1-2$ more expensive despite me... getting exactly the same thing. Idk if it's just me but honestly I don't recommend. Plus the bread was stale. I recommend toavoid at all cost. Read more
It's hard to rate because it mostly depends on who you get. My first time there I got served by a rude and condescending kid.... I went back 1 year later and it was 2 girls who gave me great service and a great sandwich. I went back tonight and while theyoung man wasn't rude, the sandwich was unacceptable. He gave me a few shreds of lettuce and barely any sauce. You couldn'teven see the Monterey jack cheese I asked for, there was so little of it. I had to ask for more sauce and lettuce. Even afterasking for more, the sandwich was almost empty. I paid $8.96 for an almost empty 6 inch sandwich. Thank goodness the meat ispre portioned, God knows what he would have given me otherwise. Disastrous customer service. Will only make you a half decent sandwich if you speak French. Many of the employees were rude and... condescending. They don't pay attention to which toppings you want on your sandwich. You want pickles and red peppers, they putcucumbers and onions. Appalling! They don't abide by their working hours as well. Please avoid this place. There are many otherwonderful subways restaurants around downtown. Read more
This branch of subway is really bad. I placed an online order when I arrived, they told me that we don?t have your requested... bread. And the cashier said we can not either give your money back or change your bread. U have to pay again and buy anothersandwich and come back tomorrow for your money. The manager was really rude and hang up the phone on me. It was an awfulexperience. I will never go to this branch. Read more
I went there a few months ago. It was approximately an hour before closing. When I arrived at the counter, the two employees... argued about who would have the unpleasing task of serving me, which made me feel very unwelcome. The employee with the lower"rank" finally came to serve me, but not without talking to someone in the backstore the whole time like I wasn't there. Theplace was dirty but the food was ok. That was my only time I went there though. Hopefully, other people had a better experience. Read more
The sandwich was the most presentable one I ever had is Subway. It was square/aligned, not torn, nothing was falling out, sauce... wasn't spilling everywhere, it was almost the same as the one in their publicity. Only think the 2nd part of the bread was notcompletely cut, it sounds stupid,I know. The taste was the same as the taste at 90% of other Subways. The service was fast andefficient, but it was not packed. Staff was respectful and kind. Overall, if I was the judge Subway as a brand based only onthis experience, I would definitely return in the future. Read more
The employee really took the time to make the perfect sandwhich, by making sure everything was balanced everywhere and following... my order exactly as i wanted. I really enjoyed the whole thing delightfully at home. I prefer waiting an extra minute for anorder well done, than what i usually get from other subways, which is things done fast and all over the place. Thank you missemployee for the deliciousness.
